Here are ten common questions we frequently hear from customers when discussing a SaaS project

How will the solution be designed to meet our unique business requirements?

If the application has a UI, we will design it and incorporate all of your branding into it. AI Marketing Automations has a full stack software development team that uses industry standard software foundations and architectures.

What is the overall timeline and process for implementation?

Our projects typically take 4 to 8 weeks after we complete the initial kickoff call for the application.

Who owns the software and the intellectual property?

We typically maintain ownership of the software and provide you a done for you (DFY) client service. If however, you would like to take ownership of the software, we will do so after a minimum of 3 months of operation.

What level of customization and integration is available?

With a full stack team in-house, we are able to provide almost any level of customization and integration that you may require.

What does your support and maintenance model include?

Our typical support and maintenance has a response rate of 24 hours or less and a resolution rate of typically less than 12 hours after the response rate. For mission critical applications we are able to increase our support and maintenance to meet the needs of it.

How is data security and privacy managed?

All of our applications have the latest level of data security and privacy. Any data that we pull from your databases which includes customer's names and contact info, we convert that data into a vector upon inserting it into our system. This Vector is anonymous and unable to be traced back to the client or customer contact information.

What are the service level agreements (SLAs) and uptime guarantees?

For our service level agreement (SLA), we use a “Setup and Performance” model. This model has a one-time cost up front which covers the design, integration, testing, and launching of the new system. After the launch of the new system, we have a “Performance Based” ongoing support and maintenance program. Please see our pricing page for more details.

How will upgrades and new features be handled, and are there additional costs?

While you are a customer of AI Marketing Automations, we provide all of the upgrades and Implement all of the new features at no additional cost.

What is the pricing structure and what payment models do you offer?

We use a “Setup & Performance” pricing model. Here, we have a one-time fee for the design and installation of the application, and then the ongoing maintenance and support is based upon a previously agreed upon deliverable. If we under deliver by more than 10% on any given month the total under delivered percentage is refunded back to the customer. And if we over deliver by more than 10%, then we increase the invoice by the total percentage. This program keeps us hyper-focused on delivering the best results we can for you.
